Shipping Information

What Shipmengt Method Are Available?

We offer Cash On Delivery (COD) as a shipment option. After you place your order, you can expect delivery to your destination address within a maximum of 7 days.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We only provide domestic shipping, so please note that we do not offer international delivery. Orders will only be delivered within the country, and any international orders will be canceled.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Delivery times may vary, but generally, it can take up to 7 to 8 working days for your order to arrive. However, in most cases, you can expect your order to be delivered within 2 to 3 working days.

Which Payment Method Are Accepted?

Currently, we offer Cash On Delivery (COD) as the payment method, where you pay when you receive your parcel. In the future, we will introduce additional payment options for your convenience.

How Will I Pay My Order Money?

Upon receiving your parcel, please inspect it for any issues, such as if the seal is open or damaged. If everything looks good and there are no problems with your order, you can then proceed to pay the cash to the delivery person.

To place an order, simply search for or select the product you like. Click on it and add it to your cart, or click "Order Now." Then, provide your delivery address details, and your order will be placed instantly.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order by visiting your "Orders" page. If you see pending orders there, you will find a "Cancel" button next to them. Click on the "Cancel" button, and your order will be canceled. Please note that if your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Do I Need Any Account To Place An Order?

To place an order on Hupick, it is essential to have an account. Your order will only be accepted if you have an active account on Hupick.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can easily track your order by visiting the "Orders" page and locating the pending order section. There, you will find the status of your order, allowing you to check and track its progress.
