If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Our dedicated team will promptly investigate the issue. Depending on the outcome, you will either receive a refund for the amount spent or the correct product you initially ordered. Additionally, any expenses incurred while returning the product will be reimbursed.
It is mandatory for sellers to take responsibility in such cases. Once you get an order, it's your job to deliver it. Hupick doesn't handle deliveries. If your store is in Rawalpindi/Islamabad, you can use Hupick's COD service for deliveries. But you can also do the deliveries yourself if you prefer. It's up to you how you want to deliver the orders.
